The apartment has just been renovated and is very spacious and bright. The room currently available is cozy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is brand new, modern and fully equipped with high quality appliances. The bathroom is stylish and has a comfortable shower stall. The cost of the room is 400€, plus gas, electricity and heating costs, calculated according to consumption and to be shared with the other tenants. Wifi is already included. There are a few small pieces of furniture that will be fixed these days since new ones have just been ordered ---------------------- L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed è molto spazioso e luminoso. La camera attualmente disponibile è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La cucina è nuovissima, moderna e completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità. Il bagno è elegante e dispone di un comodo box doccia. Il costo della camera è di 400€, a cui si aggiungono le spese per gas, luce e riscaldamento, calcolate in base al consumo e da dividere con gli altri inquilini. Il wifi è già incluso.
