La casa è una palazzina, completamente ristrutturata, dove i ragazzi possono sfruttare la cucina completa di tutto, forno, frigo, lavastoviglie, microonde, di tutte stoviglie necessarie, la cucina è abitabile. In casa c’e anche il depuratore d'acqua, così evitiamo che l'inquilino debba comprare l'acqua, così risparmia e evitiamo le bottiglie in plastica. Il salone di 100 mq è ideale per poter mangiare, studiare e lavorare, e il soggiorno con una TV 55" è adatto a chi non vuole essere sempre in stanza, ma vuole condividere lo spazio con gli altri. Il giardino grande e spazioso per prendere un po' di sole e stare un po' all'aria aperta senza dover uscire di casa, è a disposizione un bel barbecue di uso gratuito. La lavanderia presente è di uso gratuito con 2 lavatrice. Nel canone comprende i servizi di pulizia in tutta la casa e 1 volta alla settimana in camera e lo wi-fi. La zona è fornita di tutto, mercatini, farmacia, banche, ristoranti, bar, oltre ad avere il centro commerciale Portello a 2 passi, dove ci sono negozi di vari genere, il supermercato l’IPER. Con il parco Monte Stella attaccato, la passeggiata al parco è obbligatoria domenica mattina :-) La posizione è strategica, facile da raggiungere Il Duomo, l'uscita della città, Fermata Express Malpensa, in 30 min puoi arrivare dall'altra parte della città.
